How we work

Every project starts the same way: the brief, then the project in its rough, empty state. At that first approval we decide how to carry on — and what decides it is how settled your brief turned out to be: live on screen together where things are still open, asynchronously at checkpoints where they are not. One project can use both.

One project can use both. Take the living room live where the design is still open, and approve the repeating rooms — the ones your brief already pins down — asynchronously.

The same process, step by step

01 · Shared start

Brief & scope

What the images have to say and what gets delivered — plus how settled your information already is. CAD, plans, finish schedules, references: whatever exists. The detail you can give here is what later decides the route.

Rough model

The project stripped bare: walls, openings, proportions, camera. No furniture, no materials, no lighting. This is the first thing you approve — and the point where we decide how to carry on, because only now is it visible how much of the brief actually holds.

02 · The fork — what decides the route

How settled the brief turned out to be and the nature of the service. A project whose design is already finished — or pure geometry tasks like solid modeling — does not need live sessions; checkpoint approvals are enough and cost less. For interior, exterior, and product renders with open choices, working live eliminates revision delays. For animations, live sessions focus on camera routing and layout approval. Most projects are somewhere in between, which is why both routes can run inside one project.

Live Design Service

For the parts still open when the rough model is approved. We connect on screen and settle cameras, materials and lighting together, in real time, instead of trading revision notes.

Best for
Projects — or the parts of a project — where the brief has not fully settled and choices are still open.
Process
Once the initial draft (rough model) is ready, live connection begins to make design choices together on screen.
Contact rhythm
Scheduled live shared-screen sessions. Decisions are made together in real time.
Pricing
Estimated session blocks, determined up front.
Delivery
Grows dynamically through the sessions; a final pass is made after the last session.
Revisions
Handled live inside sessions — most changes happen and are solved in real time.

Async Fixed-Quote

For projects whose design is already finished and whose brief is detailed. No live session needed: you sign off modelling, lighting, materials and the final render at checkpoints, in your own time.

Best for
Projects with a detailed brief whose design process is already complete.
Process
Progresses step-by-step through predetermined checkpoints (modeling, lighting, materials, final render).
Contact rhythm
Asynchronous updates for checkpoint approvals. No meetings required.
Pricing
Fixed price agreed upon before work starts.
Delivery
Deliverables finalized sequentially as checkpoints are signed off.
Revisions
Adjustments made at each checkpoint; once approved, we move to the next phase.

03 · Shared finish

Lookdev (Materials & Lighting)

Materials and lighting — where the character of the space or product is set. Approved either together on screen or at a checkpoint, depending on the route you took.

Final & delivery

Final high-res renders, lens effects, colour grading, and delivery in the formats and aspect ratios you need.

Why the process looks like this

You approve the shape before it is beautiful

The rough model is your project stripped bare — no furniture, no materials, no lighting, nothing to be impressed by. That is the point. A wall in the wrong place, or a camera that misses the room, costs nothing to fix here and costs a full re-render once the image is finished. It is also where we decide how to carry on, because how much of your brief actually holds only becomes visible once the empty space exists.

Plausible is not the same as measured

Image generators are good at producing a room that looks right. They cannot produce your room — the 3.2 m ceiling, the window where the window actually is, the tap your customer will physically receive. Everything here starts from CAD, a technical drawing or a real sample, and stays dimensionally accountable through to the final frame. When a render feeds a build decision or a product listing, that is the whole job: you can measure what I send you.

Project Guarantees & Working Terms

Every visualization project is bound by transparent terms to protect your deadline and keep the process predictable.

40 — 40 — 20 Milestone Payments

40% down payment to reserve project dates & start 3D setup, 40% upon rough draft (Clay) sign-off, and 20% final payment right before high-res 4K delivery.

2-Round Revision Rule

Includes 2 rounds of design & camera adjustments during the draft stage. Major architectural changes requested after draft sign-off are billed hourly.

Final Renders vs 3D Source Files

Final rendered images belong 100% to you upon full payment. Raw 3D scenes (3ds Max, Corona/V-Ray) remain studio IP unless licensed separately.

Response & Timeline Protection

We ask for client feedback within 3 business days per milestone so delivery schedules stay on track without project delays.
